Garage Floor Coating
Garage floor coating that keeps brine, sand and warm tires from wrecking the slab, laid on ground concrete under flake and a polyaspartic clear coat.
View Garage Floor CoatingIndustrial epoxy flooring built thick for plants and production lines where oil, coolant, carts and heavy loads are part of every shift.
This is a high-build system meant to protect concrete under machines, benches and busy aisles. Coating happens in phases around your production schedule. Plant work is insured like everything else we do, and the quote gives the thickness of each zone.
Clarington's manufacturing base keeps growing, with auto and rubber parts makers, precision shops, building panel makers and clean energy firms along the 401. Each plant has its own spills, loads and wash-down routine.
So we ask what gets spilled, what rolls across the floor and how it gets cleaned. Those answers set the build, the clear coat and how much grit goes in.
A thin coating wears through fast under steel wheels and dropped parts. A plant floor from us is built up much thicker, often with a trowelled or self-levelling layer, so it keeps guarding the slab for years.
Busy aisles and machine pads get a heavier build than offices and break rooms. Those thicknesses sit beside the prices on the quote, zone by zone.
Few plants can stop for a full week. The work is planned in phases, on weekends or during scheduled shutdowns, with quick-curing products where time is short.
Line striping and safety zones can go in at the same time. For storage areas, our warehouse floor coating is a lighter system that sits well beside a production floor. Industrial epoxy flooring usually costs about $8 to $15 per square foot.
Phone (289) 207-4813 and tell us what your Bowmanville or Courtice plant makes. After a walk through the floor, we send an industrial epoxy flooring quote with each phase, each zone and each thickness spelled out. Our home page lists everything else we do.
Plenty of houses end up with two systems, such as a speckled garage and a coated basement.
