Garage Floor Coating
Garage floor coating that keeps brine, sand and warm tires from wrecking the slab, laid on ground concrete under flake and a polyaspartic clear coat.
View Garage Floor CoatingWarehouse floor coating that ends concrete dust, takes constant forklift traffic and can carry painted lanes, walkways and dock zones.
Once coated, a warehouse slab quits dusting onto stock and racking. It brightens the building, sweeps faster and makes marked lanes easy to read. Work happens in zones so shipping carries on, our policy insures the job, and each zone is priced separately.
Lanes and dock areas wear much faster than the space under the racking. Warehouse floor coating is built heavier along those routes and lighter where only foot traffic and pallet jacks travel.
Clarington warehouses range from a large parts distribution centre in Bowmanville to newer buildings on the Courtice employment lands. Each sees different traffic, so we ask how your forklifts move before pricing anything.
Hard forklift wheels chew up the edges of saw cuts and cracks. Those edges are rebuilt before coating, so the new coating does not chip at every joint.
Broken joints near dock doors are the most common trouble spot. Salt and slush dragged in by trucks all winter make them worse, so the first few feet inside each door get extra attention.
Lane lines, walkways and hazard stripes can go in with the new coating itself or be laid over a floor that is already coated. Lines placed under the clear coat do not wear off under forklift tires.
Rack bays, staging squares and safety zones around doors can be marked too. For heavier production space next door, see our industrial epoxy flooring. Warehouse floor coating usually costs about $5 to $10 per square foot.
Phone (289) 207-4813 and tell us the square footage and how many forklifts run. We will walk the building, check the joints and send an itemized warehouse floor coating quote that maps out each zone. The home page shows our other services.
